International Shipping to Thailand

My friend is visiting her family in Bangkok, and she as asked me to send her a few things that she left behind when she was packing for this trip. I have no idea how to do this, so I came here to ask if anyone knows about international shipping to Thailand. Do you have a drop off location near to San Francisco, California, in the United States? If so, can I bring these items in so you can help me pack the box so it will arrive in Thailand undamaged? I assume you also have packing material and everything else I will need to pack this. I would like you to send me some sort of estimate on how much this will cost to ship. This does not have to be shipped by express shipping, provided it is delivered within the next couple of weeks. Oh, and do you provide tracking information on international packages? I am sure that she will want to watch this so she will have an idea on when to expect its delivery.
