International tool shipping to Macedonia

Good afternoon. My company, Builder's Up Grade Tools Inc, has just signed some new clients on board in Macedonia. They have just placed a fairly large order for some tools from us which we need to send over to them. I am hoping to find an International shipping company that can handle this tool order in a timely fashion so there is no hold up on them starting work. Their permits are in place so they would like to begin working in two weeks time which means getting them their order sooner rather than later is key. In the construction world, time is money so we want to get them going on their time schedule- not on a shipping company's time schedule. And given that their order is tens of thousands of dollars, we will want to pull some insurance on the shipment just in case anything should happen to it while in route.
