International equipment shipping to Slovakia

My company, Electronic Starting Line Inc, is going to be doing some business with some new clients in Slovakia. They are in Zvolen to be exact. We are in Radom, Poland so we are looking for a new shipping partner to be able to handle the International shipments between the two locations. Orders that we ship will vary in size and the contents based on the needs of the client but we will adjust for that on our end. What I need from you is a list or chart or something that can give us an idea of what we are looking at as far as shipping costs based on the size and weight of the shipments. Also, please let me know if you have a tracking system that is available for us to use as we will be interested in using that, even though we know there will be an additional fee associated with it.
